Ingredient Garlic (lahsun), turmeric powder (haldi) , Coriander (dhaniya), chilli (mirch), asafoetida (hing), panchforan, mustard oil and salt
Method of Preparation Fruits are washed, dried and cut in half.The slices are dried under sun for 3-4 days. The dried slices are dipped in water and again dried.. Condiments, oil and salt are added and the mixture is kept under sun for a day.
