Ingredient whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta), mango pulp, a pinch salt, a pinch cardamom (elaichi)powder, sugar, oil for deep frying
Method of Preparation Add a pinch of salt to the flour and sieve it two times.Combine the flour, mango pulp, cardamom powder and powdered sugar in a bowl and mix well and knead into a smooth stiff dough adding water if needed.Cover it with a wet muslin cloth and keep aside for 30 minutes. Knead again and divide the dough into small round balls and roll them into small puris.Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the puris till they turn golden brown from all the sides.Serve hot.
