Ingredient milk, sugar, mango pulp, cardamom (elaichi) powder
Method of Preparation Heat the milk in a deep pan and bring it boil.Reduce the flame and simmer it for 1 1/2 hours or till it is reduced to half.Remove from the flame and add sugar, while stirring continuously till the sugar is dissolved and allow it to cool.Add the mango pulp and cardamom powder and stir gently.Keep in a refrigerator to chill.Serve chilled.
