Ingredient dried mango(coarsely chopped), red onion(diced), black tea(very strong), red pepper flakes, fresh ginger(grated), red wine vinegar, corn syrup (light or dark), garlic cloves(minced), salt, mustard powder, ground allspice
Method of Preparation Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer until thick, about 30-35 minutes, stirring often to keep from scorching. Let cool, and store in an airtight container.
